The LIFEGUARD® 33B system is a generously sized GRP enclosure designed for installation of higher amperage fittings, larger MCCBs, RCDs and socket outlets.
LIFEGUARD® 33B units allow for termination of larger supply cables, in excess of 25mm. Sometimes these will be rigid steel wire armoured and may loop inside the LIFEGUARD® and onto other supply outlets.
LIFEGUARD® 33B unit is in an enclosure with a moulded lid to accommodate requirements of multi-voltage and multi-amperage sockets to service the demands of many industrial work areas. Often used in areas where many variations may be necessary, especially take-off points for larger generators.
Expansion and Flexibility
LIFEGUARD® 33B can be fitted with RCDs up to 100 mA ratings for machine protection. They can also be fitted with MCCB protection and a wide range of socket outlets. They can be manufactured with cable tie bars for protection of leads supplied from this LIFEGUARD®.
LIFEGUARD® 33B enclosures are adaptable for a wide range of other applications including: housing sensors, control components and other electronic equipment, particularly in harsh environments.
